THE DESIGN PROCESS

We strive to give our clients an outdoor lifestyle that brings their dreams to fruition and enriches their lives.

Through all stages of the process - from initial contact to our first on-site consultation and final landscape design installation, we ensure communication is paramount. 

 

Step 1. Consultation

 

We meet you on-site and talk through your project outline. Together we establish a design brief and budget construction fee proposal for your consideration.

All design fees are charged out at $120 p/h ex GST.

Any additional drawings, such as structural details, or Engineer's drawings will also be charged out at this rate.

 

Step 2. Landscape Design and Plan

 

A series of designs, images and plans will be sent to you via email in order to ensure we're understanding your vibe, as well as proposed materials to be used, planting schemes and structural elements.

 

Your feedback is vital, and we listen to you every step of the way, making sure we're creating your dreams, within the parameters of your site and budget. At every stage, this is a collaborative process.

We then arrange a second visit to your site to present your garden design, with accompanying detailed drawings. Designs generally take between 2-4 weeks to produce.

 

Step 3. Quote for Construction

 

On completion of your design, a quote for construction and implementation will be submitted for your approval.

 

Step 4. Council Approval

 

IF council approval is required, all research, preparation and lodgement will be carried out and fees related to this will be discussed upon the initial consultation
